Emanuel M. Alexiou is an attorney licensed to practise in The Bahamas, England & Wales, and the Turks & Caicos Islands. He was appointed Executive Vice Chairman of Colina in July 2008 after serving variously as Chairman and as a director of the Board of Directors of Colina Holdings (Bahamas) Ltd (the parent company of Colina). Mr. Alexiou was educated at Case Western Reserve University (BA), the University of Toronto (postgraduate work), Lincoln's Inn and College of Law, London, England. He is a Director of Banque Privee Edmond De Rothschild (Bahamas) Limited, Hang Seng Bank Limited (Bahamas), Hang Seng Trust Company Limited (Bahamas), CFAL, Sentinel Bank and Trust Company Limited, AF Holdings Ltd. and The Nassau Guardian (1844) Limited. |

Glen Ritchie has over 12 years experience in public accounting and banking. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting with distinction from St. John's University in Minnesota. Mr. Ritchie is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to joining Colina he worked at Deloitte & Touche, and Citibank Consumer and Corporate Businesses. At Citibank, Mr. Ritchie held various senior management positions throughout the organization as Financial Controller, Treasurer, Chief Operations Officer and Business Manager. |

Before joining the management team at Colina, Catherine Williams served as Group Financial Controller at Colina Financial Group (now A.F. Holdings Ltd.). Earlier in her career, Mrs. Williams gained experience in public accounting through her work with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Winnipeg, Canada and in Nassau, Bahamas. Mrs. Williams attained her Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and has been a Chartered Accountant with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba since November 1999. |

Ednol Farquharson has more than 30 years of financial services sales experience. Before joining Colina as Vice President of Sales, Mr. Farquharson was Chairman of the Company's Sales and Marketing and Business Development committees. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Bahama Life and Property Insurance Agency. He was appointed to the Board of Colina Holdings (Bahamas) Ltd (the parent company of Colina) in 2005. |

A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries since 2001, Marcus Bosland graduated with distinction from the University of Waterloo (Ontario) with a joint honours degree in Actuarial Science/Economics. Prior to joining Colina, Mr. Bosland was the Assistant Vice President in the actuarial department of a Caribbean-based Insurer. |
